An applicant for employment, Jacob Atkinson, filed a lawsuit against Defendants AMF Bowling Centers, Inc. d/b/a AMF Bowlero and Lucky Strike Lanes, Bowlero Broadway Seattle, LLC d/b/a Garage, Bowlero Tukwila, LLC d/b/a Bowlero South Seattle, Bowlero Tacoma, LLC d/b/a Paradise Lanes, Bowlero Sports and Entertainment Holdings, LLC d/b/a PBA, Leiserv, LLC d/b/a Bowlero Lynnwood, Henry Family Enterprises LLC d/b/a Bowlero Lanes of Lakewood (collectively “Defendants”) on behalf of himself and a class of similarly situated applicants. The lawsuit, Atkinson v. AMF Bowling Centers, Inc., et al. Case No. 23-2-19816 6 SEA (the “Lawsuit”) is currently pending in King County Superior Court. Mr. Atkinson (the “Plaintiff”) claimed in the lawsuit that Defendants’ job postings for open positions in Washington did not disclose the wage scale or salary range and/or general description of benefits being offered in violation of Washington law. Defendants dispute Plaintiff’s claims and contend they have not violated any law and that Plaintiff’s claims are without merit.
The Court has not made any determinations regarding the merits of the Plaintiff’s claims, and it has not decided whether Defendants violated the law.

Submit A Claim Form | This is the only way class members are eligible to receive a payment from this settlement. The deadline to submit a Claim Form is November 11, 2024. |
Exclude Yourself from the Settlement | If a class member requests to be excluded, they will no longer be in the Settlement Class and will not be eligible to receive a settlement payment. This is the only option that allows them to keep any right to sue Defendants about the same legal claims in this Lawsuit. The deadline to request exclusion from the settlement is November 11, 2024. |
Object to the Settlement | Write to the Court explaining why they do not agree with the settlement. Class members must not exclude themselves from the settlement if they wish to object. The deadline to object is November 11, 2024. |
Attend the Final Approval Hearing | Class members may ask the Court for permission for them or their attorney to speak about their objection at the Final Approval Hearing. The Final Approval Hearing will be held on December 16, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. |
Do Nothing | If a class member does nothing, they will remain in the Settlement Class, but will forfeit the opportunity to receive any compensation and give up any right to sue Defendants, and certain parties related to Defendants, about the claims that have been or could have been asserted based on the facts alleged in this Lawsuit. |
